If your application is selected, you will travel to beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado, in the foothills of the Rockies, for an on-site interview to meet the team, tour our facilities, and present your current research.

As a full time employee at Tolmar, you can expect:

  • To start after degree completion, beginning with your first six-month rotation including full job training and orientation.
  • To be assigned a mentor to guide you on your journey throughout all four rotations
  • To contribute in each rotation to solve a short-term problem, and present your work
  • After two years, to be placed onto a development team to continue your career at Tolmar!
